Helped triple ratings growth (25-54) at 11 pm in just eight months. Also took 600p newscast from a 1 rating to a 3 in Nov., 2017.
 

Manage all newscast directors empowering them to lead their production teams and hold them accountable.
 

Helped launch new WOAY.com, working with service provider to design layout as well as content placement and input. Grew user audience from 30,000 hits when we launched in December, 2016 to 424,000 hits thirteen months later using Facebook and Twitter to bolster cross-promotion..
 

Wrote and edited station image promos for outside vendor to produce.
 

Oversaw installation of new news set as well as worked with local production company to create new news graphics package including new music and station voice.
